I am using the latest version of T4 editor.
On my monitor the difference between template code (white) and output (very light yellow) is very small and hardly noticeable.
I cannot figure out if these colors can be changed somehow.
I can only change the font in general "fonts and settings" but I don't see any section for T4.

I tried also some of high contrast VS color schemes - but T4 editor doesn't "pick" them - it looks like white/highlight color is hard-coded in the editor.

It will be nice to be able to configure this.
Please advise if there is way to achieve change of highlight color.

Hello,

currently changing the color theme is not possible.
However we are looking into picking up vs color schemes in future releases. (Pretty soon)

Sorry

Is this still on a to-do list?

It's been almost a year since the OP posted, so just wanted to necro this thread to mention this would still be a nice feature.

Thanks!

I just bought the pro version. Can I change the background color? I like the black background.

I would also like the ability to change the syntax highlighting color scheme. I use my own custom dark theme in VS and would like to be able to configure tt files to use the same color scheme. Thanks.

I have the same problem as author.
On my monitor the difference between template code (white) and output (very light yellow) is very small and hardly noticeable.
Please, fix that or allow color customization!

You can change the background color of the highlight as well as all other colors in T4 Editor 2.0 via Tools->options->environment->fonts
